Hey! I'm William Richards currently living in Sunny Tampa, Florida! 

I've been in the online Health & Fitness space for over 13+ years and currently still own Fitness4Backpain.com, the best Strength and Pain Relief Resource for chronic back pain and post-surgery warriors.

Over the years, I've impacted hundreds of thousands of back pain sufferers worldwide while creating my ideal lifestyle and financial freedom for my family and me.

The coolest part is that I've been able to help coach people along the way to create an online business that gives them the same freedom I have today.

I was working 13-hour days as an in-person trainer.

My online business career started while in college getting my degree in Exercise Science and Human Movement. After graduating, I was thrown into a full-time Personal Training career, working INSANE hours for nowhere near enough money. 

I loved changing people's lives, but I knew this in-person training gig was not a career. After a few years in the trenches of local gyms, I was turned onto the online world and content creation early on, and I went all in. 

I went on to start 3 online fitness businesses dialing in my niche and messaging with every new start until I landed on what is now Fitness4BackPain.com which now generates more income than I ever thought possible. 

I got really good at generating a lot of money from a very small following.

I always thought in order for my online business to be successful, I had to have millions of followers on Instagram, a ton of Facebook friends, and a couple hundred thousand subscribers on YouTube. 

Big numbers equal big cash, right!? 

Wrong. 

I built a WILDLY successful online business with a very small following. Over the years, I got really good at generating a steady cash flow, from what most consider a very small following.

This skill came from a place of necessity. I didn't have time to post 3x a day or shovel money into ads. I was constantly shooting, editing, and posting content across all my socials. I needed to learn how to maximize my cash flow and squeeze every opportunity out of the content I was putting out.
